The sessions will begin with a time for stretching and preparing yourself for the 5 Rhythms Wave. There will be some basic teaching at each session. You will have the opportunity to deepen your sense of rooting, presence, embodiment, and breath. You will have the opportunity in each session to tune in with your natural essential sense of self as it turns up on the day. This can be at times deeply moving, catalytic, transforming and very ordinary. Dates: 2021: January 12th,19th, 26th; February 2nd, 9th,16th, 23rd; March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th. Time: 10.00-11.30am Zoom room will open at 10am for stretching and we will start each class at 10.25am

Time: 7:00 pm

This series of 8-night classes will focus on the Open Floor Movement Meditation Cycle. This cycle comprises sitting, walking, moving meditation practices. Each of the 3 stages has focus and movement of mind, body, and heart. Through this practice you may - Become more present in your body, cultivate mindfulness, improve your flexibility in mind and body, decrease your stress response, increase energy flow and vibrancy, enhance emotional wellbeing, and awaken your creative response to life. Date: Thursday February 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th Thursday March 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th Time: 7pm to 8pm Cost: €10 per person per class or €60 (8 classes for price of 6) if paid in full on or before February 4th 2021. Join Caitriona Ni Ghiollaphádraig for a celebration of movement and dance on her 2hr Zoom Workshop as she combines cutting-edge neuroscience with the 5 rhythms movement practice of Gabrielle Roth. You can experience renewed vitality, less stress and greater health in mind and body no matter what your age or physical condition, or gender, so come along and be prepared to get active and have some fun. Who this is for: anyone who is interested in learning how to tune into their body, heart and mind as a source of wellbeing, Unfortunately, we have not been able to offer any of my usual 5 Rhythms day long workshops with the arrival of Covid 19, therefore this is an opportunity to experience in this challenging time the grounding and centering skills of this mindful movement practice.
